EasySyn is a modular series of jacketed laboratory reactors developed by IKA (Germany), designed for chemical synthesis and scalable laboratory processes from 500 ml to 5000 ml. These reactors are equipped with high-quality double-wall glass vessels that ensure precise temperature regulation via thermal fluid circulation. The EasySyn series is ideal for organic and inorganic synthesis, pharmaceutical development, catalyst-based reactions, and scale-up process optimization.
The systems are based on DIN-standard flanges and are fully compatible with IKA control units. Users can configure the reactor by selecting the vessel size, stirrer type, control system, and accessories. All parts are made of chemically resistant materials — borosilicate glass and stainless steel.
