DAIHAN WEV‑1050 Centrifugal Evaporator — 50 L flask, 10–110 rpm, vacuum to 3 mm Hg

The DAIHAN WEV‑1050 is a high-capacity centrifugal vacuum evaporator designed for efficient solvent removal in large-volume applications. It features a 50 L evaporating flask and a 20 L receiving flask, paired with a vertical condenser providing approximately 14,500 cm² cooling area, maintaining vacuum levels down to 399 Pa (~3 mm Hg).

Rotation speed is adjustable between 10 and 110 rpm, minimizing bumping and providing even solvent evaporation. The heating temperature range is 0–99 °C, controlled via a PID controller with a digital display for precise monitoring and settings.

Sealing is ensured by PTFE & fluorine rubber dual seals. Automated electric lift of the bath up to 150 mm eases flask handling. The system includes a vacuum switching valve for uninterrupted operation.

With dimensions 765×400×1070 mm, approximate weight 70 kg, and power consumption up to 8.3 kW, this model is ideal for large-scale evaporation in analytical, industrial, and R&D laboratories.
