The Hanon SH220F is a modern, high-performance and reliable block digester designed for Kjeldahl digestion in nitrogen and protein analysis. It features a 20-position graphite block with an anti-oxidation coating, ensuring even heat distribution, long service life, and corrosion resistance.
The maximum heating temperature reaches 400 °C within 20–25 minutes, while precise PID control maintains stable parameters throughout the process.

The SH220F can store up to 10 programmable methods, including multi-step heating profiles (linear and curve), providing flexibility for different sample types. A built-in overheat protection system and a gas neutralization module ensure safe laboratory operation.

A large LCD display shows temperature, time, and program stages, simplifying setup and monitoring. Compact dimensions (515 × 421 × 211 mm) and a weight of around 25 kg make it easy to integrate into any laboratory.
