Analysis method / operating principle
Pulse-Amplitude-Modulation (PAM) method – modulated measuring light excites chlorophyll, fluorescence is detected with high selectivity even under strong ambient light.
Analysis / measurement time
Single measurement (SAT pulse) ≈ 1–2 s; fast kinetics with 10 µs resolution; long-term curves up to several hours.
